There are several taxi companies I used in Hamilton last time I've been there, like CEO Transportation (tel. 234 4366), London Taxi (tel. 234 7729) or VIP Taxi Service (tel. 234 8688). Mainly I had to pay the taxi driver $5.75 for the first 1.6km and $2 for each additional 1.6km including a tip.
